Plugins and new to WordPress

Hi all,

So I’m new to WordPress premium and just created a new account. In my WP Admin there’s a “plugin” option. This takes me to what appears to be the plugins that came equipped with the premium account. I don’t see the “add new” anywhere in my WP Admin. I’d like to install a plugin but have no idea how to access the “add new” option.

I’m using the Tortuga theme if that’s of any help. I can provide the URL if I have to. Just let me know.

What am I missing?
