The other day, Wordfence picked up a spam blacklisting for my IP address. Not actually my IP address but another close by on the same server. I confirmed the problem with the offending IP address using Spamhaus. Having no idea how to deal with this I contacted Wordfence. I got a prompt reply with some helpful advice which I followed. The problem was with the hosting server and after contacting them (now knowing what I was asking them to do), the problem was solved. Couldn’t have done it without the help from Wordfence. Much appreciated.
