Previous members’ info left in login fields

Hi

I’ve had users of my website write to complain that they can see previous user’s log in details in the sign up form. They are able to see the names and emails of these users as the form comes pre-populated with their information.

When I look, I can also see information in the sign up forms.

How can I prevent this data protection breach?
