I have installed Ultimate Member plugin on the website for a client couple of months ago. Everything was working fine till yesterday (9/7/2018) when both the client and member stopped receiving emails. The users are being created in the backend (Dashboard > Users) and they can login to their membership accounts but they are not receiving any emails. I searched for solutions and did the following
- Conflict test by deactivating all plugins and the theme.
- Reinstalled the UM plugin.
- Updated the plugin to latest version.
- Installed the WP SMTP Email plugin. The SMTP email is working but the UM emails are not.
But no luck. What could be the problem? Is it from the server or from the plugin? Please help.
