I’m wondering if anyone else has had the issue that I have.
Whenever I try to edit an order or change the status, the customers billing and shipping information changes to another completely random address. It’s actually two random addresses mixed together, neither of which are the correct customer information. It always changes to the same random mixed address on every single order. I’m able to edit the items in the order without anything changing randomly, but I can’t edit any of the actual customer information without it happening. This is going on with guests and registered customers and the random mixed address is from a previous guest order and a previous registered user order.
This also happened about a month ago, and I didn’t notice until the person who owns the random mixed email address sent me an email to complain about getting all of the order confirmation emails. It resolved itself in a day and just started happening again this morning.
