It is hard to make a simpler cache plugin: download, activate and save settings. OK, you can go to advanced settings, but the default settings work fine. My site has a bunch of Java scripts including Revolution Slider and others, hero images, etc. Yet, with Simple Cache my site’s performance scores are grade A (99) on Pingdom, B (84%) on Page Speed, and C (75) on YSlow, with average pageload between 1.5 and 2.3 seconds with the home page size of 1.6M. And all this on the cheapest shared hosting service plan.
