Hi! Needing help! I made my first installation of Mautic on a server in hostgator, I installed the tracking pixel in the site using the WP Mautic plugin and apparently it is working because the accesses appear in Mautic.
The problem is that ALL visitors who I asked to test the site, appear in the contacts page (Anonymous) with the SAME source IP, the IP of my server in hostgator !!! not their real IPs… Even the identified contacts remains with this IPs.
The CORS settings in Mautic instance are setting to Yes with my domain http://dinamicmkt.com.br and my Mautic tracker requests in the “Network” panel aren´t blocked.
wordpress version : 4.9.8
wordpress mautic plugin :2.2.2
mautic :2.14.0
The site is with SSL.
Can you give me any tips? Thank you for your time!
