LiteSpeed Cache is missing and cache gen every request

My Report Number is: ZXHDTVPT

My website is https://boidapchay.com, LS Ent Web server with Litespeed Cache WordPress plugin enabled.
I test the header with http://www.webconfs.com/http-header-check.php, and it keeps saying the X-Litespeed-Cache => miss, despite when viewing the source of the page at the bottom it said <!– Page generated by LiteSpeed Cache 2.4.3 on 2018-08-30 16:44:30 –>

But I found out that the cache is generated almost every request, and the physical mem of my server was reset to zero very often. I don’t know what’s wrong. Please advise me.
