Limit Content Creation (limit number of posts)

Hi –

trying to figure out how USP restricts the number of post submitted by a user.

I have not installed yet – but see in Description something about shortcodes
“…control access and restrict content”

is there a way to set the number of allowed posts per month based on user role or some other function?
