I am really puzzled by all the pricing changes. The pricing policy keeps on changing every year. Sometimes it is way more expensive, sometimes it is cheaper. I am not sure why the pricing is always changing but this is a show stopper for me. I need to be able to plan my business operating costs and such fluctuations make it impossible. This also kills trust because you have the feeling that you are attracted with a cheap price and once you are a customer, then you are asked to pay the high price. Then once people react, they provide a discount… This is not serious.
Beside that, support isn’t really reactive. I opened few tickets and had replies for some only after few days. They tend to say that bugs are missing features. Usual reply for plugin authors…
