Hello,
I am trying to get the feed running again however am having trouble getting the access token to save. When I press save it comes up with an error. After looking through your over support questions I saw the below information given by yourself:
1. The feed will not work even if you are an admin/manager/editor of the page, but it has not been created with your Facebook developer account. So the Facebook page must be created by you only.
The problem I have is I developed the website but the company created their own Facebook page – this must be an issue for a lot of people who are creating websites for people that already have a long established Facebook page. Is my only option to get the company to get their own access token? This will be a headache to do and I would rather not have to.
