With Yoast SEO 7.9 and WordPress Multisite with v4.9.8, I’m having the following notice:
The debug bar extension is giving the following notice:

I deactivated Yoast SEO, it’s gone. I reactivated Yoast SEO, the following bad notice came:
The plugin generated 1176 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.
This is too bad notice for a well-known plugin like Yoast SEO.
Please note, I’m not sure whether it is the issue or not, my localhost multisite is not running with domain localhost, but running in an IP address like: 192.168......
The issue is persistent in both the sites of my multisite, and Yoast SEO is Network active.
PS. I love Yoast SEO over all the other SEO plugins soo much that, in my 6+years career in WP, I never tried any other SEO plugin. 🙂
But recently too much updates from Yoast SEO seems a bit painful. But as a developer I know its necessity. But still, let not update too frequently, especially when most of the updates are not 100% client-centric, but Yoast-performance centric.
