“Add to Cart” /”Select Options” Button Text Change

Hi,

I wish to change the text “Add to Cart” (or “Select Options”) Cart Button under the products. Also, what i type to search in footer search-bar is not visible. Need to change colour on search-text in the “Search Bar” in “Footer”, the background is black, the ‘search text’ is not visible.

I tried my best to find, however; couldn’t find anywhere in theme.
