I wrote the company about not able to find my Google ID and literally within 5 minutes I had someone responding to me about my issue. They worked with me until I was able to get it working. Not only did they find the errors I was making they also found my Google Place ID for me.
I don’t know of any other plugin company that would go to this type of customer service to make sure their customers are taken care of.
The response time of loading the reviews is amazing, the design, elegance of positioning of the reviews is perfection. This is honestly going to help my business in so many ways I couldn’t be happier!
