“The plugin does not have a valid header” on activation

Every time I try to install the plugin it says it doesn’t have a valid header. If I manually upload the folder via FTP it doesn’t show up in the plugin dashboard, same thing happens when I upload the zip via WordPress. The files are making onto the server fine, it just doesn’t seem to want to activate.

Thoughts?
