When I use a plugin to add a fee to the total price, this is not working the final price that MercadoPago gets is without the fee.
e.g. Total cart: $10 Fee: $1 Total in woocommerce: $11 but when you are redirected to MercadoPago here the total is $10.
I test it with:

WooCommerce Payment Gateway Based Fees (That is paid plugin)
Has anyone the same issue? How did you fix it?
