Can’t add, edit, or update default registration fields

Hello,

I’ve installed the latest version on my website, installation and activation had no errors. Now, when i want to edit the default registration form fields, clicking on (add) literally does nothing. Cancel works as it should, but i cannot add custom fields; ONLY predefined ones.

Also, i’m getting a script error on my website related to Ultimate Member

Uncaught TypeError: $ is not a function
    at HTMLFormElement.<anonymous> (um-admin-field.js?ver=4.9.6:34)

Hopefully i can get some help on this.
